Well organised, friendly and helpful staff regarding the party held in one of the rooms. Food was plentiful and tasty. Would have scored 5 stars had the venue got a connector to allow the playlist to be played from the iPhone which I needed …

We were with very much warm in summer in the hotel without air conditioner, when comes a wedding celebration the hotel open the air conditioner for them and not for us, the breakfast was good but the launch and dinner very poor ,for drink we only had bad tasty water and there was nothing of dessert, even some days we only had a soup for dinner and we couldnt repeat. I not going back

Very clean, nice room, good breakfast, friendly people - just one star missing for the very poor English. I know we are in Poland, but at a Hotel I expect people to be able to communicate in English. We had to use Google translator. It worked, but well...

It is a bit of a disgrace that such a classy 3-star hotel boasts of spacious rooms which have neither AC nor a mini-fridge. But on the positive side, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was yummy.

Everything was correct. I really appreciate that hotel restaurant was open till late evening. Prices of both hotel and restaurant services were really attractive. There were no problem to store my bike during my stay in secured room. Employees should make other guests more aware of procedures related to COVID-19 like wearing masks.

This was a second hotel on our guided wildlife tour of Southern Poland and it was so much better than the first near Krakow. It is in a lovely setting near a lake and is modern with much larger than average rooms. Wifi very good, food acceptable, no complaints.

We stayed at this hotel which was near to a wedding venue that we were attending. Although a little dated, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was quite modern. There was a buffet style breakfast with a good selection to chose from. The staff were helpful and we were able to check-in earlier than the expected check-in time.

Great hotel, very nicely placed within 10 minutes walk to the town centre, very close to the airfield and reservoir, with great view on the town and St. Anna's Hill. Rooms with simplistic design but tasteful and comfortable. Breakfast, included in the price, tasty and nice selection for everyone. This place is a very good alternative to more expensive hotels in Busko Zdrój and a great base to explore this beautiful area.
